This was my first time coming to this nail salon, fast, amazing service. Andrea was very sweet and attentive, money well spent.

This salon gets more unprofessional with each visit! Between Andrea’s attitude and eye rolling when you speak to her about a concern to having men who cannot perform a basic pedicure to the point where I have to request someone new - the experience was horrible. There are much better options, will not be given this old favorite any more chances or money.

This was not worth the $60 I spent!!! I’m starting to feel if they have spa in their name to avoid them at all cost!!!! I’m a regular overlay American white line girlie!!! And apparently that is becoming obsolete in these overly priced “spa” nail salons!!!! I was informed during the polish that they don’t do the white line for regular polish! Apparently the regular polish dry too fast😑 Even though I told her when I sat down I wanted “American with the white line” and no gel!!!!!! And they don’t have dryers for your nails😑So basically sit by the door to air dry😐😐😐Never again and if I would have paid with my card I would have disputed the charges!!!!!!! Because I have the knowledge and understanding that UV lights are not safe and healthy for your skin! And nail salons don’t provide the protective gloves that should be used when you’re under the UV light! I avoid the gel products! And the hassle to remove them is an extra reason!!!!!

I absolutely love Lux Nails! Everyone who works here is extremely talented and has awesome customer service. My nails always look fantastic and the prices are great. This is definitely my go-to nail salon!
